## if you fulfill ##

## fulfill the royal law ##
God originally gave laws to Moses, recorded in the books of the Old Testament. It can be translated as "obey God's law" or "obey the law of our great king."
## You shall love your neighbor as yourself ##

## your neighbor ##
<b>your neighbor <b>- "all people" or "everyone"
## you do well ##
"you are doing well" or "you are doing what is right"
## if you favor ##
"give special treatment to" or "give honor to"

That is, breaking the Law. It can be translated as "sinning."
## convicted by the law as lawbreakers ##
