Their heart shouts

Possible meanings are 1) "The people of Jerusalem shout from their innermost being" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-synecdoche) or 2) the speaker wants the walls to shout to Yahweh (see UDB).

Walls of the daughter of Zion ... of every street
