Since I am confident about this
"Since I am sure of this"
I know that I will remain
"I know that I will continue to live" or "I know that I will keep on living"
and that I will continue with you all
"and that I will keep on serving all of you"
As a result, you should be proud of me in Christ Jesus when I am present with you again

Only conduct your lives in a manner worthy

stand firmly in one spirit, with one soul striving together
These two phrases share similar meanings and emphasize the importance of unity. The words "spirit" and "soul" refer to the mind and emotions.
