Why not say ... come"?
"I might as well be saying ... come!'"
as we are slandered as saying
"as some lie to others, claiming that this what we are saying"
Their condemnation is just
God will be acting justly when he condemns these enemies of Paul for telling lies about what Paul has been teaching.
