"Yahweh will remove the wicked from the land". The writer speaks of Yahweh as if he were cutting the people off, like cutting a branch from a tree.
the wicked ... the faithless
"those who are wicked ... those who are faithless" or "wicked people ... faithless people"
the faithless will be cut off from it
"he will remove the faithless from it"
