# It happened

|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
This phrase is an idiom that means to be able to speak. It can be stated in active form. See how you translated "I will open your mouth" in [Ezekiel 3:27](../03/26.md). The word "dawn" refers to the time early in the morning when the light of the sun first appears.
