Those who are blessed by God will inherit the land; those who are cursed by him will be cut off

Those who are blessed by God
This can be stated as active. Alternate translation: "Those whom God blesses" (See: rc://en/ta/man/jit/figs-activepassive)
will inherit the land
The possession of the land is spoken of as if it had been received as an inheritance. See how you translated this in Psalms 37:9. Alternate translation: "will receive the land as their own possession" or "will be allowed to live safely in the land" (See: rc://en/ta/man/jit/figs-metaphor)
those who are cursed by him
This can be stated in active form. Alternate translation: "those whom Yahweh curses" (See: rc://en/ta/man/jit/figs-activepassive)
will be cut off
