"Descendants of David". All of the kings of Judah were descendants of David. The ULB sets (21:12-14) poetry farther to the right to show that it is poetry.

Bring about justice in the morning

"Always treat the people whom you rule over fairly"

the hand of the oppressor

"the power of the one who oppresses them"

my fury will go out like fire and burn

"I will punish and destroy you in my anger quickly and completely". Yahweh's punishment is spoken of as if it was a fire that would burn up those who did evil.

the wickedness of your practices

"the evil things you do" or "how evil what you do is." See Jeremiah 4:4.
