each man will turn from his wicked ways

"each man will stop his wicked way of living"

so I will relent concerning the disaster

"so I will change my mind and I will not send the disaster."

because of the wickedness of their deeds

"because of how wicked their deeds are" or "because of the wicked things that they do." See Jeremiah 4:4.
