At that time I will lead you; at that time I will gather you together

"At that time I will gather you together and lead you home". This implies that Yahweh will bring the exiled people back to their homeland.

reverse your captivity

"cause them to live well again" or "restore their fortunes". Yahweh will give them back what they had before they went into captivity. See Zephaniah 2:7.
