The Lord Yahweh says this
"This is what I, the Lord Yahweh, say"
I will make you a desolation
"Because of what your people did I will make you desolate"
the entire earth rejoices
"people who know that I have destroyed you rejoice". The word "entire" refers only to people near Mount Seir.
