"Son of a human being" or "Son of humanity." God emphasizes that Ezekiel is only a human being. God is eternal and powerful. See Ezekiel 2:1.

I have broken the arm of Pharaoh

Here "arm" represents the powerful army of a king.

Behold

It has not been bound up for healing or set

"No one has wrapped up his arm for healing or set it"

This refers to the arm being bound tightly to a straight piece of wood so that the parts of the bone will stay together and heal.
