# In the second year

"In year 2." This refers to the second year after Yahweh brought the Israelites out of Egypt. (See: [[rc://en/ta/man/translate/translate-ordinal]])

|
# in the second month, on the twentieth day of the month
|
|
|
|
"on day 20 of month 2." This is the second month of the Hebrew calendar. (See: [[rc://en/ta/man/translate/translate-hebrewmonths]] and [[rc://en/ta/man/translate/translate-ordinal]])

# the cloud was lifted
