Take this cup of the wine of fury

"Take this cup of wine that represents my fury". Jeremiah says that Babylon will destroy all the surrounding nations and then be destroyed.

make all the nations ... drink it

"make all the people of the nations ... drink the wine". Yahweh speaks as if they were to drink the wine in the cup.
