Do not wipe their sins away from you
"Do not pardon their sins". Jeremiah speaks as if someone had written their sins down and Yahweh would erase them.
Let them be overthrown before you
"Let people overthrow them in your presence"
in the time of your wrath
"when you are still angry with them"
