General Information:
Parallelism is common in Hebrew poetry. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/writing-poetry and rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-parallelism)
A psalm of David
Possible meanings are 1) David wrote the psalm or 2) the psalm is about David or 3) the psalm is in the style of David's psalms.
I give praise to Yahweh with all my life, and with all that is within me, I give praise to his holy name
These two phrases mean basically the same thing and emphasize how much he will praise Yahweh. AT: "I will praise Yahweh with all that I am" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-parallelism)

This refers to praising Yahweh's name as Yahweh. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metonymy)
all that is within me
"all of me" or "all that I am." David uses this phrase to refer to himself and to emphasize his devotion to Yahweh. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-synecdoche)
