# Connecting Statement:

The seven angels with the seven plagues come out of the most holy place. They were spoken of previously in [Revelation 15:1](./01.md).

These angels were seen as holding seven plagues because in [Revelation 17:7](./07.md) they are given seven bowls full of the wrath of God.
