# Connecting Statement:

Paul opens his letter by talking about the believers' position and their safety before God.
|
|
|
|
# General Information:
|
|
|
|
In this book, unless otherwise stated, the words "us" and "we" refer to Paul, the believers in Ephesus, as well as all believers. (See: [[rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-inclusive]])

# May the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ be praised
