Chariot
Chariots were lightweight carts. The carts had two wheels. Horses pulled the chariots. People would sit or stand in chariots. People used chariots to travel or to fight in war (see: Genesis 46:29; Exodus 14:6-9). An army that had chariots could move very quickly. An army with chariots could often defeat an army without chariots. The ancient Egyptians and Romans were well-known for using horses and chariots.
