- windstorm...floods of rain...hailstones - These are all part of a very bad storm. God uses a storm to refer to the armies that will attack Jerusalem. (See: :en:ta:vol1:translate:figs_metaphor)
- I will bring a windstorm in my rage - "when I act on my anger I will bring a windstorm"
- there will be floods of rain in my wrath - "when I act on my anger I will bring large amounts of rain"
