those who walk after the corrupt desires of the flesh
The word "flesh" here is a metonym for the body and for selfish desires, and to "walk after" or pursue its "corrupt desires" is a metaphor for those people doing whatever they want to do to satisfy those desires. despise authority
"refuse to submit to God's authority." Here the word "authority" probably refers to God's authority.
