Is this not the great Babylon ... for the glory of my majesty?
Nebuchadnezzar asks this question to emphasize his own glory. This can be translated as a statement. AT: "This is the great Babylon ... for the glory of my majesty!" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-rquestion)
