General Information:

his covenant faithfulness endures forever
The abstract noun "faithfulness" can be translated with an adjective. AT: "he remains faithful to his covenant forever" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-abstractnouns)
the redeemed of Yahweh
"The redeemed" refers to the people whom Yahweh has saved. AT: "those whom Yahweh has saved" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-nominaladj)
speak out

from the hand of the enemy
