When they continued

The word "they" refers to the scribes and Pharisees. (See John 8:1)

He who is without sin among you

"If any of you is without sin" or "If any one of you has never sinned"

among you

Jesus was speaking to the scribes and Pharisees, and probably the crowd of people too.

"let that person"

"he bent over to reach the ground with his finger"
