The word "lest" is used when someone says something in order to prevent something bad from happening.  AT: "for fear that"

## give away your honor to others ##

Possible meanings are 1) you will lose the respect of other people (UDB) 2) what is honorable about you is lost because of what you gave to the adulteress.

## give away years of your life to a cruel person ##

The cruel person is the adulteress.

## strangers feast upon ... the house of a stranger ##

Possible meanings are 1) strangers will take your possessions (UDB) 2) the children you will have with the adulteress will take your inheritance. AT: "your bastard children enjoy your wealth, and your inheritance claimed by a family that is not your own"

## feast upon ##
