Paul

Paul - "From Paul." Your language may have a particular way of introducing the author of a letter. This could be translated as "I, Paul, wrote this letter."

a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ

The phrase "I am" is implied (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-explicit). You could make it clearer with a new sentence: "I am a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ."

to establish the faith

to establish the faith - This could be a separate sentence: "I work to establish the faith" or "I work to build up the faith."

God's elect

God's elect - "God's chosen people" or "people who were chosen by God"

to establish -

"to firmly set in place"

which agrees with godliness

"that agrees with God's rules" or "which is good for holy people"

God, who is without lies

"God, who never lies"

before all the ages of time.

"before time began"

at the right time

at the right time - "at the proper time"

he trusted me to deliver

he trusted me to deliver - This could also be translated as "I was entrusted to proclaim" or "he gave me the responsibility to preach."

God our Savior

"God, who saved us" (See: UDB).
