Zion will be redeemed by justice, and her repentant ones by righteousness
This can be stated in active form. The full meaning of this statement can be made clear. Possible meanings are 1) "Yahweh will redeem Zion because the people there do what is just, and he will redeem those who repent because they do what Yahweh says is right" or 2) "Yahweh will redeem Zion because he is just, and he will redeem those who repent because he is righteous" (See: rc://en/ta/man/jit/figs-activepassive and rc://en/ta/man/jit/figs-ellipsis)
