Up! Up!
These two words express urgency and add emphasis to the following command. The words can be translated with an expression that communicates urgency in your language. AT: "Run! Run!" or "Hurry! Hurry!" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-doublet)

This refers to Babylon.
I have scattered you like the four winds of the skies

you who live with the daughter of Babylon
