From among all those who have died. This expression describes all dead people together in the underworld. To come back from among them speaks of becoming alive again.
The authority of a person is described by where they sit. The right side of a person is the place where the person with the most authority sits. To be at the "right hand of God" is an idiom that means that Christ will rule as God, with God’s authority. "in the supernatural world." The word "heavenly" refers to the place where God is. See how this is translated in [Ephesians 1:3](./03.md).
