Luke 13:5 - ASV, UDB, Greek, etc., have, correctly, "No, I tell you" not "no, I say" (the text of the ULB). It should match up exactly with the "No, I tell you" in 13:3. This must have been a mere typo.

If we want consistency, they should all be either "I tell you" or "I say to you".

ESV has has "I tell you" 41 times in Luke chapters 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22. I have not checked the OGNT

ESV has "I say to you" 10 times in chapters 4, 5, 6, 7, 12, 18, 21, and 23. I don't see any significant difference in the Greek between those that are translated as "I tell you" and "I say to you".
