I will establish

a covenant of peace

"a covenant that brings peace." See Ezekiel 34:25.

I will establish them

"I will set them in the land of Israel" or "I will cause them to live securely in the land of Israel"

multiply them

"cause their people to increase in number"

my holy place

"my holy sanctuary" or "my holy temple"

in their midst

"among them"
