Jeremiah speaks of Yahweh shouting very loudly as if he were roaring like a lion. The ULB sets poetry (25:30-38) farther to the right to show that it is poetry.

Jeremiah speaks of Yahweh as if he were a lion and his people were sheep. The people will be helpless when Yahweh comes to punish them.
