Moses begins to bless the tribes of Israel. Moses speaks the blessing in the form of short poems. Some translations set poetry farther to the right than the rest of the text to show that it is poetry. The ULB does this with the poetic lines of Moses' blessings in 33:1-29.
Moses gives a series of prophecies or instructions for each of the tribes of Israel and Israel overall.
