# For who is able to judge this great people of yours?
Solomon asks a question to emphasize that he knows that no one can judge. Alternate translation: "No one is able to judge this great people of yours." (See: [[rc://en/ta/man/jit/figs-rquestion]])
"No one is able to judge this great people of yours.". God was very pleased with Solomon's request for wisdom; which was something that he could use to serve other people instead of himself. God promised Solomon wisdom, wealth, and fame. There are two additional examples of people putting the needs of others in front of their own needs. God is pleased with people wanting to do their job well more than wanting to be blessed. A mother will put the life of her child above every other concern.
