* **husband of one wife** - A man must have only one wife. It is unclear if this excludes men who have been previously widowed or divorced, or never married.
* **sensible** - "one who thinks in wise ways" or “one who uses sound judgment” or “reasonable” or “rational” or “intelligent”
* **orderly** - "behaves well"
* **hospitable** - "welcomes strangers"
* **not addicted to wine** - "not a drunkard" or "not drinking too much wine"
* **not a brawler** - "not someone who likes to fight and argue"
* **lover of money** - can be a person who steals either directly or through fraud. It can also be someone who works honestly to gain money but does not care properly for other people.
