# Three kings will arise in Persia

"Three kings will rule over Persia"

# a fourth will be far richer than all the others

"after them a fourth king will come into power who will have more money than the three before him" (See: [[rc://en/ta/man/translate/translate-ordinal]])

Possible meanings are 1) authority or 2) military power.

# he will stir up everyone

"he will cause everyone to want to fight"
