# Romans 16 General Notes ### Structure and formatting In this chapter, Paul gives personal greetings to some of the Christians in Rome. It was common to end a letter in the ancient Near East with this type of personal greeting. ### Other possible translation difficulties in this chapter Because of the personal nature of this chapter, much of the context is unknown.
