the grace of God has appeared - Paul speaks of the grace of God as if it were a person who goes to other people. (See: rc://en/ta/man/jit/figs-personification)

This personification note does not fit with other translations. (Other translations have “has been revealed” or “God has revealed.” The verb ἐπιφαίνω is about appearing or shining – not about coming or going.) I see no need to call it personification.

Suggested note:

the grace of God has appeared
"the grace of God has been revealed" or "the grace of God has been shown"

Titus 3:4 has the same issue as Titus 2:11 "the grace of God has appeared"

\4 But when the kindness of God our Savior and his love for mankind appeared,

when the kindness of God our Savior and his love for mankind appeared
Paul speaks of God’s kindness and love as if they were people that came into our sight. (See: rc://en/ta/man/jit/figs-personification)

Suggested note:
when the kindness of God our Savior and his love for mankind appeared
"when the kindness of God our Savior and his love for mankind appeared were revealed" or "when God our Savior showed his kindness and his love for mankind**
