\v 15 Speak of these things, encourage people to do them, and give correction with all authority. Let no one disregard you.

Let no one
“Do not allow anyone to”

The alternate translation is misleading. The verb in Greek is third person singular imperative. It does not mean "do not give people permission to disregard you" or "force people not to disregard you"

It means either "no one is permitted to disregard you" or perhaps something like "it must not happen that people disregard you."

It could have a double function - Paul could be telling Titus not to do anything that would give people reason to disregard him, and he could be indirectly telling the people of the church not to disregard Titus.

Suggested translation note:

Let no one disregard you
"No one is permitted to disregard you" or "people must not look down on you" or "people must not ignore what you say"
