Jdg 6:13 has this note:
my master
Gideon uses the word “master” as a polite way to greet a stranger. He does not realize he is speaking to Yahweh in the form of an angel or a man.

Jdg 6:15 has this note:
Please, Lord
Gideon now calls the person “Lord” instead of “my master” as in Judges 6:13. Here it seems Gideon either knows or suspects that he is speaking with Yahweh.

The two are the same in Hebrew.
בִּ֣י אֲדֹנִ֔י 'bi adonai'

Suggestion
ULB: Make them the same in the ULB.
TN: Have a note only the first time Gideon says this or skip the note altogether since it is a key term and since people used it for speaking both to God and men.

The word "Lord" is one that people used when speaking to someone who had authority over them or higher status than them.
