They were people from the tribe of Ephraim who settled at Bethlehem in the region of Judea.

This note gives the impression that Ephrathite means belonging ot the tribe of Ephraim.

Suggestion - Take Ephraim out of the note. Tell what an Ephrathite was. How would something like this be.
