Many of the Translation Notes have links to the Translation Manual.

Each translation Manual topic in WACS has a folder with three files.

01.md has the discussion of the topic.
title.md has the title
sub-title.md has a question that introduces the topic.

Is it possible for the links to show the content of the title.md file for that topic?
