to present you holy, blameless, and above accusation—
Paul is describing the Colossians as though Jesus had physically washed them, put them in clean clothes, and brought them to stand before God the Father. (See: rc://en/ta/man/jit/figs-metaphor)

I planned to just remove the em-dash, but the note seems really odd, so I deleted it. Please let me know if it should go back in there. (If the word "blemish" were used, that might sort of work, but not with "holy, blameless, and above accusation")
