## Make him drunk ##
The judgments which God sends upon Moab shall allow the country to be scorned by his enemies, just as a drunken man is the object of mens laughter and mocking. (See: [[rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metaphor]])
## Now Moab claps his hands in disgust at his own vomit, so he also has become an object for laughter ##

## For did Israel not become an object for laughter to you? ##
