The current words table is sorted by Greek and does not handle phrases, substitutions, and instances where there is no direct correspondence between the Greek lexeme and an English gloss.

Add ability to sort the table by Greek/ULB
Handle phrases. Group the Greek words that makeup a ULB phrase on the same row as the ULB phrase gloss. The phrase cell will need a rowspan so that the Greek words can remain in their own rows. (Commit fb7c8f193b)
Work out a way to handle substitutions within the table. Substitutions occur when the Greek word order does not correspond well with the ULB gloss. For instance, the Greek phrase αὐτὸ τοῦτο is translated as "of this very thing" in Phil 1:6. In the XML we make this into a substitution where the ULB gloss of τοῦτο has "of [1] very thing" where [1] refers to the gloss for the entry for αὐτὸ. We can handle this by "decompiling" the ULB text into its substitution encoding and make that explicit in the words table.
