She will become

Cities are often referred to as "she." AT: "Tyre will become" or "It will become."

Part of Tyre was an island. AT: "an empty island used for drying fishing nets" or "a deserted island where people dry out their fishing nets"

Villages were sometimes called the daughters of the cities that ruled over them. Possible meanings are 1) the small villages on that mainland that Tyre ruled over, or 2) the young women of Tyre who were working in the fields.
